These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Lipoan platform and associated services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Company details
Lipoan Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15611852), with registered office at 19 Bainbridge Road, Loughborough, England, LE11 2LE.
Companies House status: Active. Incorporated on 3 April 2024. SIC: 68100 (Buying and selling of own real estate).
2. Service scope
Lipoan provides software features for operational management, including CRM, deals, projects, compliance, finance records, and AI-assisted workflows. We may modify features to improve performance, security, or compliance.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and access controls within your tenant account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it when needed.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription tier and active seats. Starter and Growth are charged per user/month. Enterprise is custom and subject to a separate commercial agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to break laws, violate third-party rights, attempt unauthorised system access, or upload malicious content. We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, or legal violations.
6. Data and confidentiality
You retain ownership of your business data. We process data to operate and secure the service and act in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Both parties must treat confidential information with reasonable care.
7. AI functionality
AI features provide assistance and suggestions, not legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before relying on them for operational or commercial decisions.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lipoan Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unpaid fees, or legal/regulatory reasons.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by law.
